I have purchased this bag in 2024 at the beggining of the year then I exchanged it for the same bag when the price has increased to 11,700 due to a minor issue; however they exchanged it for me. The box has a little small rip due to my 7 year old stepping on it but I can tape it up with clear tape. Please see in the photos.
